Fees

Fees for individual services in Cambridgeshire range from £145 to £240.

I also offer combined wedding service and reception packages, the fees for which range from £285 to £440. In addition to organ music at the church service, it includes two hours' piano music at a subsequent reception. Please note there must be a piano at the reception venue, as I am not able to offer provision of portable instruments. Also, the reception venue must be reasonably close to where the service was held, or else additional travel expenses will apply.

Recital and concert fees are quoted on an individual basis according to the amount of work required.

My fees are set based on the distance I have to travel, and every location in Cambridgeshire falls into one of ten zones. The single service fees are valid for any standard service except weddings, which are shown separately. The combined rates are for a wedding plus reception package or for two single services on the same day. Further below you will find a directory of many localities in the county showing their respective fee zone, and the fees are charged as follows:

These charges are valid for all bookings made from 1st November 2025
