BOOKING INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in my services as a freelance organist. To make a booking as a private individual, follow the simple steps below. If you are booking as a church or other institution, the procedure is slightly different; please contact me for more information.

Preliminary Notes

•  I am currently taking bookings for all remaining available dates in 2024 and 2025.

•  Making your booking as far as possible in advance once the service has been finalised will increase the likelihood of me being available.

•  I will always consider late or last-minute bookings if I have availability, but please be advised that some services have increased charges.

•  Please ensure with the church authorities that you have permission for a visiting organist to play.

Enquiry

•  Contact me to check availability and to provide me with information relevant to your booking.

•  Let me know of any special circumstances, such as if the service will be exceptionally long or if there are any unusual music requests.

•  I will usually be able to give you an immediate response.

Booking Form

•  If I confirm that I am available to play and you want to proceed with the booking, complete a simple booking form.

•  The form will take only a couple of minutes to fill in and contains just the essential details such as contact and venue information.

•  The form details can also be completed online to save time.

•  Regrettably, I cannot accept provisional bookings or hold dates open for subsequent confirmation.

Payment

•  Payment is made at the time of booking, and can also be completed online.

•  Please read the notes below about refunds in the event of a cancellation.

Confirmation

•  A confirmation letter will be sent to you when your booking form and payment have been received.

•  A booking can be considered secured solely upon receipt of a confirmation letter.

Music Details

•  You will need to provide me with details of your music choices when they have been finalised.

•  The service I offer includes time discussing music with you, so do not hesitate to get in touch if you have questions about your music choices.

•  Please provide sheet music for any non-standard repertoire well in advance of the service.

Cancellations

•  50% of the fee is a non-refundable deposit, which guarantees your booking and prevents the date and time from being booked by others.

•  If a booking is cancelled at least one month before the event date, I will refund 50% of the fee paid.

•  If a booking is cancelled less than one month before the event date, no portion of the fee will be returned.

•  If a booking is made less than one month before the event date, there will consequently be no cancellation period.
